For special dimensions (cats, longer dogs, those with a large neck, etc.), you can request the custom option (provide dimensions A-B-C-D-E in the customization field), and I will create a pattern for your love. Note that this "custom-made" rate is for measurements not exceeding 26 inches in chest circumference.

Exchanges: I accept exchanges under certain conditions*. Contact me upon receipt of the package and send me the items for exchange within 15 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.
