For specific dimensions (cats, longer dogs, etc.), you can request a custom-fit option (provide measurements A-B-C-D-E in the customization field), and I will create a tailored pattern for your pet. Please note that this custom-fit pricing applies to measurements not exceeding a 26-inch chest.

Exchanges: I accept exchanges under certain conditions*. Contact me upon receipt of the package and send me the items for exchange within 15 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.
* The following items cannot be exchanged: Due to their nature, unless they arrive damaged, I cannot accept exchanges for discounted items or custom or personalized orders (I can however make adjustments if required)
